- Health insurance for persons over the age of 18 and under the age of 65.
- Four biometric passport photos required for applying for residency.
- A new rental contract prepared by a notary public in the presence of the tenant and the property owner (additional documents may be requested from the property owner, such as a copy of the title deed).
- A photocopy of the passport, visa, and latest entry stamp (don't forget to bring the original passport on the date of the interview).
- A copy of the passport translated into Turkish and notarized.
- Payment of the required residency fees, which vary according to nationality.
- Tax number, obtained from the Turkish Tax Office.
- A student document from the university and a language institute document if the student is in the language preparatory year.
- If the student is under the age of 18, they must provide a guardianship document from the father and mother, representing a person residing in Turkey or a Turkish citizen.
