Osmaniye University is a public university, one of the most recently established universities in Turkey, established in 2007. One of the university's most important features is its highly professional teaching staff, and its programs are taught in Turkish. Another distinguishing feature is its low tuition fees, the least expensive among Turkish universities, making it a destination for international students in general and Arab students in particular. In addition to its advancement and excellence, it accepts a large number of foreign students each year into its faculties. The university is located in the city of Osmaniye, a quarter of an hour from the city center.
