Business visas are applied for by merchants who have business relationships in Turkey or who wish to establish business relationships or start a business in Turkey. The required documents are as follows:
- Booking an appointment at a Turkish embassy, diplomatic mission, or affiliated office.
- Passport valid for more than six months.
- Travel insurance covering the flight.
- Recent personal photos less than six months old.
- Flight reservations that match the visa requirements.
- Hotel reservations that match the expected time of entry into Turkey.
- A certificate of good conduct from the home country or country of residence, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- A leave of absence from work, a work permit, or property or vehicle ownership documents as a valid reason for returning to the country.
- A salary statement or bank statement for the last three or six months, depending on the country from which the application is being submitted.
- Documents from the Turkish company inviting the applicant to Turkey, including a tax registration, commercial register, license, and activity certificate detailing the activities of the inviting company. Additional documents may be requested from the inviting company. - An invitation prepared by the inviting party, in this case a Turkish company, at a notary public.
- A bank statement from the inviting party in Türkiye (the company's bank statement)
