I own a property that meets the requirements for a real estate residency in Türkiye. Will my family obtain a real estate residency?

The owner of the property who has the ownership document in his name only gets a real estate residency, while his wife and children under the age of eighteen get a tourist residency, but they are guaranteed to get it because one of the parents has a real estate residency.
