I own a property in Türkiye. Do I have the right to obtain a real estate residence permit?

You are entitled to obtain a real estate residence permit if you meet the conditions for real estate residence permit in Türkiye, i.e. the value of the property is 75,000 US dollars or more in large cities and 50,000 US dollars or more in small cities.
