How long do I get a family residence permit in Türkiye?
- If the family residency is granted because one spouse has obtained a work residency permit, the validity of the family residency permit is linked to the work residency permit and expires upon the expiration of the work residency permit.
- If the family residency permit is granted because one spouse is a Turkish citizen, the other spouse receives a residency permit for the first two years, renewable for three years.
