- Online appointment from the Ministry of Immigration website.
- Health insurance for persons over the age of eighteen and under sixty-five.
- Four biometric passport photos required for applying for residency.
- A new version of the rental contract prepared by a notary public in the presence of the tenant and the property owner (additional documents may be requested from the property owner, such as a copy of the title deed).
- A photocopy of the passport, visa, and latest entry stamp (don't forget to bring the original passport with you on the date of the interview).
- A copy of the passport translated into Turkish and notarized.
- Payment of the required residency fees, which vary depending on nationality.
- Tax number, obtained from the Turkish Tax Office.
