What documents are required from an employee wishing to obtain a work permit or work residency in Türkiye?
- A recent personal photo with a white background and an electronic file.
- A valid passport translated into Turkish and notarized.
- A valid Turkish residency permit valid for at least six months.
- The latest educational certificate translated into Turkish and notarized.
- A copy of a passport translated into Turkish and notarized, or a copy of the spouse's residency permit.
- For Syrians holding an asylum kimlik, a copy of the kimlik is sufficient, provided the information is correct and the address is verified by the Turkish Civil Registry.
