This is a company's electronic signature, obtained from the government-run postal service (PTT) or from authorized centers. It can be valid for one to three years. It is used for invoices signed electronically in the company's name, or for issuing work permits or residency permits for foreign workers employed by the company. It is also used to enroll Turkish employees in the health insurance system for Turkish citizens.
