Who is entitled to a family residence permit in Türkiye?
One spouse is a Turkish citizen, and the other spouse obtains a family residency permit. Naturally, the children obtain Turkish citizenship directly by birth.
One spouse holds a work permit in Turkey, and the other spouse obtains a family residency permit, and the children are under the age of 18.
Other than these cases, foreigners do not obtain a family residency permit.
