Is my legal representative entitled to apply for residency on behalf of me and my family?

Yes, the legal representative has the right to apply on behalf of the person or persons to obtain a tourist residence. Let us not forget that the official legal representative in Türkiye is only a lawyer. Ordinary persons do not have the right to legal representation on behalf of persons.
