The concept of sworn translation:

A sworn translation can be referred to as a legal and official translation that is certified by a notary public (NOTER). The document is signed and stamped by a translator sworn to the notary public. A sworn translation is characterized as being accurate and correctly translated from the original document and that the document has an official status. 3. Simultaneous translation

The concept of notarization of documents is the stamp placed by the entity issuing these documents or its representative in order for the Turkish state to recognize them and make them an official document approved by all its institutions, whether governmental or private.

Documents need to be certified by a notary public

The authentication seal from this issuing authority is considered an acknowledgment of the accuracy of the information contained in the documents and their approval. The Turkish state then authenticates these documents. In the absence of the seal, the Turkish state does not authenticate these documents.
