It is a Turkish state university accepted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. The university was established in the Alanya district of Antalya. The university works to train individuals to meet the needs of the country and the region and to find solutions and change to promote peace and prosperity in society. The university includes 4 faculties, 3 institutes and 3 vocational higher institutes. The university president is Dr. Ahmet Pınarbaşı and his assistant is Dr. Professor Fatih Gültekin.

About the university's educational level
Alanya Alaaddin University students receive a very high level of education, as the university always strives to be among the top universities in the rankings and expand its circle of international recognition. The university accepts the university's own YÖS exam with a score of no less than 80 for the Faculty of Medicine and 50 for other branches. The university accepts the SAT exam with a score of no less than 1100 and a mathematics score of no less than 700 for the Faculty of Medicine and 1000 and 500, respectively, for other branches.
