Antalya Akif University is a private university founded in 2015 in the city of Antalya, specifically in the Serik district. Serik is a city and district in the Antalya Province of Turkey, 38 km east of Antalya, along the Mediterranean coast. The Serik district contains many agricultural lands, forests, and the Taurus Mountains.

About the university's educational level
Antalya University is accredited by the Turkish Ministry of Higher Education. The YÖS exam is not required for admission to the university. It is one of the educational plans of the Turkish government and the Antalya government in particular. Antalya is no longer just a tourist city, but rather an integrated city that includes many economic and cultural activities that are being developed and expanded. In addition to Akdeniz State University and Antalya International Private University, Antalya now has Akif Private University for Higher Education.
