Istanbul Topkapi University (İstanbul Topkapı Üniversitesi) is a private university in Istanbul. The university was founded by the Plato Education Foundation in 2009 as the Plato Vocational School. In 2016, its name was changed to Istanbul Ayvansaray University, and in 2022, its name was changed again to Istanbul Topkapi University.
