Hasan Kalyoncu University is a private university established in 2008 in Gaziantep. The university started its first academic year and accepted its first batch of students in the 2009-2010 academic year.

The university includes 7 faculties, a graduate vocational school, a graduate school, and 25 departments where courses are taught in both English and Turkish. Hasan Kalyoncu University provides students with many opportunities to experience different cultures and high experiences, and to graduate from the university with the highest level of creativity in the scientific and academic fields. The YÖS exam is not required for admission to the university.
