Kadir Has University was founded in 1997 in Istanbul by the late engineer Abdul Kadir, who dedicated his life to education. Kadir Has University is considered one of the best Turkish universities, specifically among the top 100 Turkish universities and among the top 3,000 universities globally.
Kadir Has University is among the universities recognized in European Union countries and several Arab countries, most notably Iraq and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The university has a distinctive campus that combines tradition and modernity. Its history dates back to the era of the Ottoman Empire and has recently been renovated to become a university campus equipped with the latest technology.

It is worth noting that all of the university's majors are taught in English, with the exception of the law major, which is taught in Turkish.
