Karadeniz Technical University

Karadeniz Technical University, also known as Black Sea Technical University, is a public research university in Turkey. Established in 1955 in Trabzon, the capital of the Black Sea region, it is the fourth-oldest university in Turkey and the first university established outside Ankara and Istanbul.

Karadeniz University's campus includes 17 faculties, more than 60 departments, and numerous laboratories and research centers. The university has a faculty of 2,300 professors and over 56,000 Turkish and international students.
