•The total value of the property or properties is equal to or exceeds $400,000 or its equivalent in Turkish lira, according to the exchange rate at the date of purchase.

• Passport translated into Turkish and duly certified by a notary public.
• Passports of the husband/wife and children under the age of eighteen, duly translated and notarized.
• A family statement document certified by the foreign ministry of the home country, the embassy or consulate of the home country in Türkiye, and the district attorney, translated and notarized, or a family booklet duly translated and notarized.
• A non-conviction document for every person over the age of eighteen (husband and wife), certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the home country and the embassy or consulate of the home country in Turkey, followed by the acting representative, of course, translated into Turkish and duly certified by a notary public.
• Recent biometric photos of all family members, less than 6 months old.
•A copy of the property title deed or ownership document.
•Real estate appraisal document for the property or properties.
• Bank transfer receipts stamped by the bank itself.
•Receipts of transfers from the owner or construction company, stamped by the receiving bank.
•Any document issued outside Turkey must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of issuance and by the embassy or consulate of the country issuing the document in Turkey. It must then be authenticated by the governor’s office and translated into Turkish by a sworn translator, followed by proper certification by a notary public.
• Application form for obtaining Turkish citizenship, stating whether the investor is applying for Turkish citizenship for himself alone or for himself and his family.
• A non-conviction document from Türkiye is issued through the e-government application, i.e., the country.
