This is an invitation for employees from outside Turkey. It differs somewhat from all previous invitations in terms of the documents and overall work mechanism. It is offered by companies to recruit workers specialized in a specific field. The recruiter obtains a work permit directly without going through the other residency stages.

- Treatment invitation in Türkiye:

It is provided by hospitals and medical centers accredited by the Turkish Ministry of Health. A medical examination or report detailing the patient's condition and the hospital's ability to receive such cases and provide appropriate treatment may be required. In this case, proof of a specific amount transferred to the hospital's account may be required to confirm the reservation and coordinate the treatment time and duration. The patient receives a stay commensurate with the duration of treatment.

Is the invitation from a Turkish citizen stronger than the invitation from a foreigner?

Answer: This principle cannot be used as a basis for a stronger claim by a foreigner residing in Turkey with a work permit and officially registered with government agencies for first-degree relatives than a claim by a Turkish citizen who is not registered with the Social Security Institution.

Does submitting an invitation guarantee obtaining a visa?

Answer: Submitting an invitation supports your Turkish visa application, but it does not guarantee its acceptance. There are several criteria that must be taken into consideration.

I want to invite my mother to visit and stay with me in Türkiye. What is required of me?
